Required Qualifications:
Overall Experience of 6+ years.
3+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering roles.
Strong proficiency in Golang And Python especially for building CLI tools, APIs, and Kubernetes Operators.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Operator SDK.
Deep understanding of Backstage and experience developing custom plugins and scaffolding templates.
Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
Solid knowledge of observability practices (metrics, logging, tracing) and tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Passion for improving developer experience and building scalable systems.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :
Experience with service meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Contributions to open-source projects, especially in the Kubernetes ecosystem.
Knowledge of SRE principles and infrastructure reliability patterns.
